Oxford Academy of Excellence (OAE) was founded by Dr. Detina Zalli with the aim of producing future leaders who will empower, inspire, and have a positive impact on the world. We provide 1:1 customed courses and training for participants focused on their skills, interests and objectives. Our students go and study at world-class universities or collaborate with world-class leaders. The programs at OAE are centred on educational initiatives that prioritize individual growth and development.

As such, OAE goes beyond traditional education, by integrating leadership and entrepreneurship. Participants are to publish scientific papers, receive personalized one-on-one mentoring, secure internships, lead events in partnership with distinguished academics, and join a long-term network for sustained collaboration.

Upon completing the program, students have the opportunity to join the Changemaker program, dedicated to nurturing the growth of future leaders. Within this program, participants engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities aimed at making a positive impact. They have the chance to extend their influence by mentoring individuals and leading projects in underprivileged regions, fostering growth and empowerment within their communities.
